Mark and Brenda were extremely helpful in selling our condo in Kona. We were off island most of the time, so they were helpful in dealing with everything that had to be taken care of there in Kona. I exhausted my mainland estate law firms, then between us we attempted hooking me up with local Kona real estate lawyer my folks had used previously, and when that didn't solve issue, she found me a team of probate attorneys in Honolulu. Which worked. Between other minor maintenance issues in condo she coordinated fixes for, and hiring her talented staging person to make condo look it's best, she was just super diligent helping process along.
