Mark and Brenda were extremely helpful in selling our condo in Kona. We were off island most of the time, so they were helpful in dealing with everything that had to be taken care of there in Kona. We had some back and forth and a few hiccups along the way, but they were there to guide us and help us through all of it. I would highly recommend them for selling your property.

Brenda went above and beyond helping me through sale of my parents' estate condo. Title issue? I exhausted my mainland estate law firms, then between us we attempted hooking me up with local Kona real estate lawyer my folks had used previously, and when that didn't solve issue, she found me a team of probate attorneys in Honolulu. Which worked. Between other minor maintenance issues in condo she coordinated fixes for, and hiring her talented staging person to make condo look it's best, she was just super diligent helping process along. Wow! Where to begin? We were looking for a family condo to get away from the cold, wet winters of the Pacific Northwest. We knew we wanted to be on the Big Island, where our search lead us to Mark.
